We, the Deo Gloria Trust are a property based organisation which own and manage a property portfolio that was gifted to us back in the 1960s by our founder. We rent out these properties, a mixture of residential and commercial, and then use the rental revenue to make grants to evangelistic Christian ministries. Currently we are focused on giving to direct front-line evangelistic ministries and projects.
Although we run a very small organisation to allow us to give away most of our revenue, we do have experience in property development and management and we work with a professional real-estate agent to help manage the property portfolio.
We would love to be able to give away more money to Christian ministries but our income is restricted by the amount of property that we have to rent out. Therefore we are keen to take on more properties, which we can develop and then also rent out. So we are really keen to talk with anyone who has redundant property (in whatever state) that they wish to see benefit Christian ministry.

Organisations that have old properties that are in disrepair
Are you a church or other Christian organisation with an unwanted property. It maybe an old manse that has fallen into disrepair. Perhaps you don't have the money to be able to upgrade it, then we may be able to provide a way for you to move your property over to us where it will continue to benefit Christian ministries for many years to come.
We are happy to be gifted your property in whatever state it is in, we will then renovate it, rent it out and use the revenue to give away to Christian evangelism.
